Shipping policy
SHIPPING TIMES
Delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method at checkout and are only estimates. The system does not account for the processing times when giving estimates on orders. We are not responsible for delayed shipments by the carrier.
International orders usually have a longer shipping time and are subject to delays.
Orders ship within 10-12 days after order is received. If Priority or Expedited shipping is selected, the order will still be subject to the 2-3 business day processing time.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If your package is marked as "Undeliverable" or "Return to Sender", a re-shipping fee will be required.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, or able to refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address.
Email stavesacrestore@gmail.com to update your shipping address before your package is mailed if it is entered incorrectly at checkout.
DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We offer shipping protection through Route. If Route protection was added at checkout, Route will cover issues like lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here.
If Route was not added at checkout, claims must be submitted by the customer directly with the carrier. For USPS shipments, you can file a claim here : USPS Claims
